This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes Reels, TikToks, and nightlife culture - and knows how to shoot, edit, and publish content with speed, style, and impact.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and edit engaging short form video content.</p> </li><li> <p>Edit video using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or any platform you work best in</p> </li><li> <p>Manage social media channels for 6-8 venues, including PHD Lounge, The Highlight Room, The Fleur Room, Loosie's, Silver Lining Lounge, & Little Sister.</p> </li><li> <p>Allocate and manage the social media advertising budget effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Full ownership and accountability for the planning and implementation of local social media activity, calendars, and reporting across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond professionally to all online inquiries and engage with those who mention or tag our venues.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay updated on trends and incorporate them into content where applicable.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide monthly social media stats to demonstrate channel growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage website content and liaise with the web department to ensure information and images are up to date.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a healthy budget for social media ads.</p> </li><li> <p>Source influencers, creators, and user-generated content for storytelling.</p> </li><li> <p>Update websites.</p> </li><li> <p>Liaise and collaborate with hotel partner teams and external partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Create agendas for regularly scheduled venue meetings with marketing and operations teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure proper event marketing across all channels, including on property, PR, social media, email campaigns, and promotions/host teams (when applicable).</p> </li><li> <p>Identify key dates and events for targeted programming and offerings.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide on-site event support as necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist and/ or complete additional various marketing tasks as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience editing short-form content for hospitality, nightlife, fashion, or lifestyle brands</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of Instagram & Tiktok trends, aesthetics, and pacing</p> </li><li> <p>Strong video editing skills - tool agnostic</p> </li><li> <p>A creative eye for filming content in low light or live-event environments</p> </li><li> <p>Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma Required or equivalent / Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in hospitality and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferred</p> </li><li> <p>21+ years of age</p> </li></ul> <p>SKILLS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT / SCHEDULE</p> <p>The work environment characteristics and/or physical demands described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
