<p>The City of Conway is accepting applications for a professional Administrative Assistant II to provide administrative, payroll, and clerical support to the Community Center Director.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to provide clerical and administrative support to the Community Center Director. </li><li>Must be able to monitor all expenditures and revenues for the department and submit daily expenditure requests. </li><li>Ability to record and track daily department expenses to maintain current budgetary information for the Director. </li><li>Must process and submit department requisitions and invoices to finance for payment. </li><li>Ability to create and submit bi-weekly financial reports to the Director. </li><li>Must maintain records and track revenues associated with the Conway Community Center. </li><li>Ability to process department payroll and maintain employee records, including vacation, sick time, and comp time. </li><li>Must assist the Director in invoicing facility and usage agreements. </li><li>Ability to assist in preparing the Community Center's annual budget. </li><li>Must work with all managers in the hiring process, including setting up interviews, overseeing new hire paperwork, and ensuring pre-employment requirements are met. </li><li>Ability to prepare ordinances and resolutions for City Council meetings and attend as needed. </li><li>Strong communication skills to serve as a liaison between internal staff and the Director. </li><li>Must have and maintain a valid Arkansas Driver's License. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>If you meet the requirements and are interested in the position, please submit an application with salary history to:</p> <p>Human Resources</p> <p>City of Conway</p> <p>1111 Main Street</p> <p>Conway, AR 72032</p> <p>Email: humanresources@conwayarkansas.gov</p> <p>Fax: 501-358-6325</p> <p>Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.</p>
