The role oversees the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of all internal systems, both on-site and remote, and leads efforts to integrate new technologies that enhance departmental operations.</p> <p>Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. </li></ul> <p>Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree with 5 years of system management experience, specifically with at least 1 year of parking and transportation management systems. </li><li>Experience with T2 Systems or similar is highly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to exercise good judgment in organizing work and setting priorities, balancing the interests of staff and readily readjusting priorities to respond to customer needs and expectations. </li><li>Demonstrated strong ethical, professional and service-oriented leadership and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to provide excellent customer service in a positive and solutions-based manner. </li></ul> <p>Job Duties</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Manages and oversees the planning, development, and implementation of all internal systems for TPS. Manages the system maintenance for all systems on-site and remote. Designs, develops, implements, and coordinates systems, policies and procedures. Responsible for managing the development and implementation of projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems. Required to partner with USC DoIT and other campus department stakeholders</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 50 Job Duty</p> <p>Manages effective operations and maintenance of systems with TPS department. Works directly with 3rd party parking management system suppliers and ensures contract compliance. Effectively leads a team of assigned personnel and collaborates with TPS leadership team to ensure system resources remain available for use.
