We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service.</p> <p>We are seeking a General Labor/Plant Team Member for County Materials at Maxwell, IN.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and inspect concrete forms before production </li><li>Follow basic production instructions and layout drawings </li><li>Place and secure steel reinforcement using tools provided </li><li>Install concrete accessories in specified locations </li><li>Clean forms, tools, and work areas after production cycles (may require respirator) </li><li>Stage materials and components to keep production moving </li><li>Assist with moving materials using forklifts or cranes (once trained) </li><li>Support quality control, plant cleaning, and safety activities </li><li>Perform other general labor or production tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Primarily indoor manufacturing with some outdoor exposure </li><li>May involve heat, cold, noise, dust, and moving equipment </li><li>Fast-paced, team-oriented environment </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Stand and walk for most of the shift </li><li>Bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly </li><li>Use hand tools, tie guns, and other equipment </li><li>Work safely around moving machinery and automated equipment </li></ul> <p>Experience & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years old </li><li>0-2 years of related experience (manufacturing experience preferred) </li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment </li><li>Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures </li><li>Mechanical aptitude is a plus </li></ul>
