<p>Job Description</p> <p>Data Engineer, Management and Governance Manager (Accenture LLP; Hartford, CT): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Data Engineer, Management and Governance Manager in Hartford, CT, and the job duties are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze, design, build, test, implement and maintain multiple system components or applications. </li><li>Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. </li><li>Maintain applications according to SLAs and manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. </li><li>Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. </li><li>Design, architect, and code applications to functional and technical programming standards. </li><li>Develop system specifications and establish MLops/Dataops for complex systems. </li><li>Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team. </li><li>Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications. </li><li>Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. </li><li>Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management/client and prototype solutions. </li><li>Interact effectively with client or internal senior management. </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.</p> <p>Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Designing, developing, and supporting RESTful APIs, and database components adhering to SDLC best practices; </li><li>Cloud native development and cloud technologies, including Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS utilizing DevOps, and Agile methodology; </li><li>Coding and deploying applications using DevOps practices, AWS, Vault and Terraform; </li><li>Developing and maintaining applications and extract, transform, and load (ETL) and machine learning (ML) pipelines using Python, PySpark, AWS, JavaScript, and Shell; </li><li>Working with SQL databases, including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or Snowflake; </li><li>Design and Development and integration with Salesforce marketing cloud, Data Lake and real time integration using Kafka; </li><li>Creating prototype solutions and producing and maintaining data for machine learning applications; </li><li>Driving key delivery orchestration, design decisions, and suggesting improvements on ongoing issues; and </li><li>Managing onshore and offshore delivery teams supporting critical applications. </li></ul> <p>Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.</p> <p>To apply, please click the 'APPLY' button.</p> <p>#LI-DNI</p> <p>#IND-DNI</p> <p>Locations</p>
