In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and evaluate security alarms and emergency signals </li><li>Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording </li><li>Coordinate emergency dispatch and communicate with field officers, clients, and public safety agencies </li><li>Conduct incident reporting, analysis, and remote alarm panel programming </li><li>Maintain situational awareness and follow established protocols to ensure accurate, timely responses </li></ul> <p>This position requires strong multitasking abilities, sound judgment under pressure, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>At least 18 years of age </li><li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Legal right to work in the United States </li><li>Reliable communication and transportation </li><li>Ability to speak, read, and write English </li><li>Successful completion of pre-employment screening (drug test, background check) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Prior security or related experience is a plus </li><li>Knowledge of security operations and procedures </li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing environments </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <p>Our Alarm Dispatcher roles are highly sought after.
