<p>Position Overview</p> <p>We are seeking an Associate to join Bernstein's National Associate Team (NAT), based in our Nashville headquarters. This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to be on the forefront of an important strategic initiative that will provide national exposure across our Private Wealth Management business. The NAT Associate will be a part of a mobile unit ready to support Private Wealth sales and service teams in offices across the country as the result of any disruption in the local market (e.g., employee turnover, extended leave, etc.). Their work will be high-impact and dynamic.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Provide all aspects of client servicing for high-net-worth clients and prospects in any of our 19 offices, including portfolio analytics, asset allocation modeling, new client onboarding, and account transactions </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency on local teams and proactively address current needs </li><li>Build trust & creditability with colleagues and teams across our business to uphold client service excellence </li><li>Serve as a Center of Influence for Associate teams, particularly new Associates coming out of training </li><li>Prepare and present consultative observations from engagements to senior management </li></ul> <p>Our Comprehensive Development Program</p> <p>The NAT Associate will go through rigorous training to become an expert at their craft. The comprehensive training curriculum will ensure the Associate builds a foundation of investment knowledge and develops quantitative and qualitative skills needed to achieve client service excellence - in addition to fueling their success as an investment professional. Training will be delivered in various mediums such as interactive virtual sessions, group collaboration, and individual on-the-job training.</p> <p>Content will include:</p> <ul> <li>Robust functional training on all aspects of the Private Wealth Associate role </li><li>A thorough overview of proprietary investments and services, investment management philosophies, and financial management strategies </li><li>A focus on client service excellence, partnership, and sales training designed to strengthen the client experience </li><li>Behavioral training geared toward the development of communication, leadership, and other professional skills </li><li>Career management, one-on-one coaching, and specialized skills training to achieve success in the role and beyond the role </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>We are looking for team players who seek a rigorous and challenging environment for their career development.
