Trinity Health at Home is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead with purpose, compassion, and strategic insight.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>As the Regional Director, you'll provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight across our home health agencies in the Greater Philadelphia area. You'll ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and most importantly-exceptional patient care.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and manage clinical operations across multiple home health agencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and execute plans to meet clinical, financial, and growth goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state, and federal standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor and support management and clinical teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee budgets and ensure financial performance.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active RN license in Pennsylvania (preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of healthcare leadership, including 3+ in home health.</p> </li><li> <p>Deep knowledge of Medicare regulations and Joint Commission standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to travel as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Trinity Health at Home?</p> <p>We're more than a healthcare provider-we're a mission-driven ministry.
