<p>Overview</p> <p>Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at our communities in Frederick, Sellersville/Harleyville/Telford PA has a per diem (PRN) opportunity</p> <p>We are seeking PRN candidate who can cover vacations/PTO therefore ideally would have weekday availability (weekend availability is good as we may need some coverage on Sat/Sun's).</p> <p>Please note that Symbria manages the rehab programs for several area communities therefore we are seeking a PRN to cover all our buildings as need arrises these include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Frederick Living - Frederick </li><li>Rockhill Mennonite - Sellersville </li><li>Peter Becker - Harleysville </li><li>Lutheran Community - Telford </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. </li><li>Hold a valid state license. </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours during weekdays and possibly weekends. </li><li>Some experience in the long term care/skilled nursing setting preferred </li></ul> <p>Why work for us?</p> <p>We are a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
