This role is centered on a singular priority: ensuring high-quality classroom instruction in every learning space, every day.</p> <p>The Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction will lead and support the ongoing implementation of our Unified Improvement Plan (UIP), with a focused emphasis on instructional excellence, aligned curriculum, and measurable student growth. This leader will play a critical role in building systems that support effective teaching, clear expectations, and accountability for results.</p> <p>This position will work in close partnership with Instructional Coaches, the Instructional Leadership Team, and district colleagues to drive high-quality classroom instruction as the primary lever for improving academic outcomes. In collaboration with the MTSS/SEL Assistant Principal, this role ensures aligned systems of support that address both the academic and social-emotional needs of every student.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a visible, engaged instructional leader who is committed to developing teachers, strengthening professional practice, and holding high expectations for both staff and students.
