Trinidad Benham Corp has been in business for over 100 years, and we know a thing or two about providing stable employment and growth.</p> <p>The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating the line in order to produce product that meets quality specifications, maintains the machine systems, makes necessary adjustments, and troubleshoots common machine/quality problems.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Check the order sheet to determine order to run and specifications for that order. (Ensure that the right material is being used) </li><li>Load the core hopper with cores. </li><li>Set up and complete initial thread up of machine. </li><li>Perform Quality Check at least once each hour. </li><li>Monitor process, correct jams and other problems that occur. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of line to GMP standards by removing cartons and other trash, removing dust and debris, etc. </li></ul> <p>Other Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot minor quality and machine problems; communicate more complex problems to maintenance. </li><li>Roll Prep </li><li>Able to remove and replace mandrels. </li><li>Any other duties as requested or required. </li><li>Operates assigned Spooler line at 90 % minimum average level of efficiency. </li><li>Able to change core knives correctly. </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</p> <p>Ability to lift 50 lbs.
