Shoals is a recognized leader in the renewable energy industry, deploying solutions on over 70 GW of solar systems globally.</p> <p>The Company has manufacturing facilities in Tennessee & Alabama, with sales personnel in Spain and Australia servicing Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>The Inside Sales role will support the Sales team (internal and external), will manage current and future accounts and partnerships to help achieve revenue targets and maintain a positive customer experience. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about solar and renewable energy and is interested in contributing beyond the core responsibility of maintaining day-to-day sales and sales operations. This role will involve collaboration across multiple departments including Marketing, Operations, and Production.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Sales</p> <ul> <li>Build new and maintain existing relationships </li><li>Identify opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion and revenue growth </li><li>Leverage data and analysis to make decisions and drive accurate forecasting of the business </li><li>Work closely with other departments to establish strong communication and successful support </li><li>Support outside sales team with CRM data entry and monitor project progress </li><li>Build and send quotes to customers </li><li>Monitor and manage online sales requests and new leads requests </li></ul> <p>Sales Operations</p> <ul> <li>Provide hands on order management and support, as well as strategic advice on order optimization </li><li>Support new and existing sales partnerships for US PV business </li><li>Execute a high-touch Customer Operations model that includes proactive outreach to, and engagement with new and existing customers </li><li>Monitor and review analytics related to customers, and provide insights to management on key customer performance and areas of risk </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in a sales / customer service / operations role </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of international logistics a plus </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Experience with data management systems such as an ERP or CRM, Salesforce preferred. </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook </li></ul> <p>Job Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical problem-solving </li><li>Strong organization and attention to detail </li><li>Goal-oriented focus </li><li>Clear and articulate communication </li><li>Time management skills </li></ul> <p>Shoals Technologies Group, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
