<p>Overview:</p> <p>The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the management of products and logistics within specifically assigned specialty rooms within the warehouse to ensure inventory control, put away and quality assurance of items.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates and directs the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products. </li><li>Assist in running efficient warehouse operations within warehouse to fulfill operational and customer demand. </li><li>Ensures inventories in area of responsibility are accurate. </li><li>Ensures product stock movements/slotting are recorded accurately. </li><li>Train new Warehouse Associates within area of responsibility. </li><li>Where possible, resolve any issues/problems which occur within your area of responsibility. When appropriate, elevate issues to the Supervisor. </li><li>Ensure that health & safety meets required standards set forth Company and regulatory agencies. </li><li>Ensure that all lifting, maneuvering of products and/or equipment are carried out in accordance to safety standards. </li><li>Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse. </li><li>Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed. </li><li>Operates forklift truck as needed. </li><li>Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports. </li><li>Performs other related duties as directed, including but not limited to: picking, loading, performing let downs, and general warehouse maintenance. </li><li>Adhere to company values of quality, service, teamwork, respective, innovation and safety. </li><li>Great attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to motivate and provide direction. </li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish. </li><li>Advocate for process improvement and best in class customer experience. Understand the impact of failure/cost of poor quality. </li><li>Good planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines. </li><li>Knowledge of food safety and general safety awareness. </li><li>Attention to detail and strong work ethic. </li><li>Ability to physically lift, push pull and stand for long periods of time without reasonable accommodations. </li><li>Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of proven work experience working in a warehouse or similar role. </li><li>Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures. </li><li>Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. </li><li>Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting. </li><li>Strong mathematical and analytical skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping. </li></ul> <p>Technology Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Warehouse Management System (WMS) </li><li>RF Scanner / Tablet </li></ul>
