<p>COLSA Corporation is hiring for Strategic Operations Planner(s) in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will provide Strategic Information Operations support at the CCMD level, participate in planning, prepare briefings, and facilitate approval of activities with senior DoW leadership. Represent designated planning activities on operational planning teams, working groups, and in other planning venues. Develop and execute these plans.</p> <ul> <li>Provide expert advice and analytical support for strategic planning, performance management and measurement, and organizational assessment efforts. </li><li>Provide strategic and operational level analysis pertaining to DoW-wide strategy, futures issues and strategic foresight, policy, doctrine, decisions, trends concepts, and studies. </li><li>Provide senior staff advice and guidance regarding the establishment, management, and execution-level analysis and risk management relating to operations. </li><li>Support day-to-day office activities such as organizing and facilitating meetings, and managing systems/taskers. </li><li>Analyze strategies, policies, doctrine, plans, capability gaps, and emerging trends to support decision-making related to the current and potential future threat environment. </li><li>Coordinate and integrate plans with supporting/supported interagency partners. </li><li>Review and analyze selected publications to determine congruence with or divergence from existing policy and doctrine. </li><li>Co-coordinate, facilitate, and execute strategic and policy interface opportunities involving strategic planning, strategy management and policy integration functions, and budgeting/effective use of strategy related resources. </li><li>Provide advice on prioritization of strategy related programs </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Technical and consultative service delivery in military operations </li><li>In-depth analytical capabilities for complex operational issues </li><li>Requirements development and documentation </li><li>Project scheduling and budget management </li><li>Technical briefing and report development </li><li>Training material development and evaluation </li><li>Special activities planning and coordination </li><li>Military database management </li><li>Report preparation and review </li><li>Intelligence research and evaluation capabilities </li><li>Cross-departmental liaison experience </li><li>Leadership and mentoring abilities </li><li>Proficiency in desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software </li><li>Security clearance eligibility </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience </li><li>Minimum of 10 years work related experience (with at least 8 years of experience with strategic and operational planning, and knowledge of Information Related Capabilities supporting strategic influence operations) </li><li>Expert knowledge of capabilities pertinent to the USCENTCOM AOR and proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive planning efforts. </li><li>Superior oral and written communications skills, including an expert ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, deliver effective oral presentations, prepare assessments and other written products and represent a CCMD in interagency meetings. </li><li>Capable of operating within a military headquarters environment as a senior strategic staff member with minimum guidance </li><li>Superior interpersonal, organizational, and management skills and an expert ability to conceptualize and lead complex analytic projects. </li><li>Critical thinker; willing to listen, learn and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li><li>Expert skills with Microsoft Office applications </li><li>Active TS/SCI clearance; US Citizenship required </li></ul> <p>The salary range, if referenced, represents a good faith estimate.
