<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Notary Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and informative instruction to individuals seeking to become certified notaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of notarial laws, procedures, and ethical guidelines, as well as a passion for teaching and helping students succeed in their certification.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct in-person notary training sessions for individuals preparing for their notary exam. </li><li>Prepare course materials, including presentations, handouts, and practice tests. </li><li>Explain the duties, responsibilities, and legal requirements of notaries to students. </li><li>Ensure that students understand key topics such as notarization of documents, legal terminology, and state-specific regulations. </li><li>Provide guidance and support to students throughout the training process, answering questions and addressing concerns. </li><li>Evaluate student progress and administer practice exams or quizzes. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback. </li><li>Stay current with updates to notary laws and regulations. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Certified Notary Public in New York State. </li><li>Previous experience as a notary or notary instructor. </li><li>Strong knowledge of notary laws, rules, and regulations. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. </li><li>Experience with online teaching platforms and tools (for remote instructors). </li><li>Organizational skills and attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Teaching or public speaking experience. </li><li>Ability to create engaging and effective instructional materials. </li><li>Familiarity with state-specific notary requirements and protocols. </li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish.
