<p>Join our Team as an IT Audit and Compliance Manager at Tire Rack!</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced IT Audit and Compliance Manager to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will oversee audit and compliance initiatives, lead a high-performing team, and support the organization's corporate compliance program. This position plays a key role in ensuring that internal systems and security processes remain aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and company security standards.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks while driving continuous improvement and automation.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and support IT control reviews including assessment, control creation, testing, and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities to enhance, standardize, and strengthen internal controls and corporate compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain strong working relationships with leadership and technology business partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and supporting professional development of departmental staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure successful execution of control plans and procedures including:</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Issue definition and prioritization <p></p> </li><li> <p>Criteria development</p> </li><li> <p>Evidence review and documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and improve audit and compliance documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support on security projects and corporate objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver continuous improvement and automation of internal controls.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform additional duties as needed to support the IT Security function.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in IT or Information Security roles. </li><li>1-3 years of leadership or IT management experience. </li><li>Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR frameworks. </li><li>Advanced understanding of Information Technology systems and environments. </li><li>Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation practices. </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. </li><li>Professional, positive attitude with a willingness to continually learn and grow. </li><li>Audit or compliance certification such as CISA strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field required. </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love Working Here</p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to lead and grow a high-impact compliance function. </li><li>Work on meaningful initiatives that shape our security and audit strategy. </li><li>Collaborate with talented IT, security, and business teams. </li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package (add details if available). </li></ul> <p>Work Days</p> <p>Normal workdays are Monday through Friday.
