And please visit our website (www.qps.com) for more information and to see all current openings.</p> <p>Your Role at a Glance</p> <p>As a CTA, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of clinical studies, helping manage:</p> <p>Project Operations</p> <ul> <li>Support the global Project Manager to keep studies on schedule and within budget </li><li>Maintain and oversee trackers for timelines, documents, enrollment, and site activity </li><li>Ensure alignment with study plans and stakeholder expectations across teams </li></ul> <p>Communication & Meeting Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Schedule and organize team calls and vendor meetings (teleconferences, videoconferences) </li><li>Draft agendas and meeting minutes; follow up on action items and open issues </li><li>Assist with preparations for Investigator Meetings and study start-up communication </li></ul> <p>Document Management</p> <ul> <li>Help prepare, distribute, and file study-specific documents and templates </li><li>Ensure timely and accurate filing of essential documents in the Trial Master File (TMF) </li><li>Collaborate with CRAs and sites to maintain updated records across systems </li></ul> <p>Quality & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Participate in internal and external audits and quality reviews </li><li>Monitor documentation for completeness, version control, and regulatory compliance </li></ul> <p>Finance Support</p> <ul> <li>Reconcile site and vendor invoices against project documentation </li><li>Assist with vendor payments and support budgeting, RFPs, and forecasting efforts </li></ul> <p>General Study Support</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to site selection, initiation, and tracking </li><li>Help prepare tools and materials for site management and visits </li><li>Coordinate CDA and contract processes with legal and vendor partners </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Experience in clinical research, CROs, or a related scientific field </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills-you're comfortable juggling multiple priorities </li><li>Clear and professional communication-both written and verbal </li><li>Proactive mindset and ability to work independently within global project teams </li><li>Proficiency with tracking tools, Microsoft Office, and document systems (e.g., TMF, CTMS) </li><li>Education: </li><li>A degree in a life sciences or healthcare-related field is preferred </li><li>Equivalent experience in a clinical research environment will also be considered </li></ul> <p>Why You Should Apply</p> <ul> <li>Great learning opportunities.
