<p>The Bilingual Community-Based Counselor provides family-centered mental health counseling, support, crisis intervention, and case management services for youth and their families. Bilingual Community-Based Counselors are members of a multi-disciplinary team and provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive services in the community at times and locations convenient to the family.</p> <p>About Wraparound</p> <p>Wraparound is a family planning process that provides therapeutic support to youth and families in the community with the intention of enhancing natural resources and keeping youth in the least restrictive and most family-like setting, with the intention of reducing the need for institutional care. Services range up to 12 months and include regular Child and Family Team Meetings that support youth and families with identifying strengths, creating realistic goals, and developing a comprehensive step-by-step plan based on those goals. Youth and families are referred directly by Contra Costa County (CCC) Children and Family Services, the CCC Juvenile Probation Department, CCC Children's Behavioral Health, or Kaiser.</p> <p>About Seneca</p> <p>Seneca Family of Agencies has been nominated among the Bay Area's Top Workplaces for nearly a decade.
