<p>Must be able to pass a background check.</p> <p>Tentative Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday 7AM-5:30PM</p> <p>Job Location - Bay Minette, Alabama</p> <p>Job Duration - 6 months (approximately)</p> <p>Job On-Site Start Date - December 29, 2025</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <p>Looking for an ambitious, hardworking individual to join the team.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manually moving freight, stock, or other materials and performing other general labor as instructed.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow instructions from construction project managers and foreman</p> </li><li> <p>Cleaning the construction site by removing hazards, materials and debris from the worksite.</p> </li><li> <p>Loading materials from trucks through the loading docks using hand trucks and other freight moving equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to tolerate extreme heat and extreme cold <0-40 degrees in the winter>.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to lift 50 lbs above shoulder height on a regular basis as well the ability to bend, stoop, squat, walk, climb, and stand for 4 or more hours consecutively with or without accommodations.</p> </li><li> <p>May be required to wear personal protective equipment including but not limited to hard hats, gloves, protective eye wear, fire retardant clothing.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to read and communicate in English to understand technical documents, safety procedures, and instructions relevant to job duties.
