Our expertise in a broad range of industries allows us to think inventively and design solutions that are responsive to client needs.</p> <p>If you have a passion for great design and are searching for a fun, collaborative environment with diverse resources, we would love to hear from you.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee construction administration activities, including review of submittals and RFIs.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the development of architectural documentation from concept through construction.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain project documentation in accordance with company standards and quality expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to integrate project components.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary liaison between the client and architectural team.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and refine design solutions that align with client objectives and project constraints.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the Project Manager to define, track, and deliver key project milestones.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand the project's design intent, the technical implications of design decisions, and how to navigate the intersection of those elements.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate and coordinate with internal and external team members, and provide direction when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate clear and consistent team communication through meetings, documentation, and updates.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and manage team performance to support project schedules and budgets.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to team members.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, or related field (required) </li><li>10 or more years of experience </li><li>Experience managing multiple project types, including sports and student facility projects. (required) </li><li>Registered Architect OR those currently on the path to licensure (preferred) </li><li>Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, construction techniques, and construction administration </li><li>Experience in consultation coordination, construction document preparation, and field observation </li><li>Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) </li><li>Excellent written + verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Why Moody Nolan?</p> <p>Our culture</p> <p>Moody Nolan is a diverse workplace, founded on the principles of equity and inclusion.
