Participates in and provides support to a variety of complex projects carried out by higher level staff; and carries out smaller projects involving moderate levels of complexity and consequences. </li><li>Responsible for carrying out assigned, well defined, moderate-sized projects or assigned portions of more complex projects, (in-house and by contract), to comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local environmental laws and policies. </li><li>Coordinates curricula and training for assigned program areas at the installation.
