<p>Richelieu Foods, Inc., a Freiberger Group Company, is a leading supplier of high-quality food products to the private label and food service industries. The company has two manufacturing centers that produce frozen & deli pizza, and pizza crusts.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>At Richelieu Foods we are making Great Food from Great People. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager for our Beaver Dam, WI manufacturing plant. This HR Manager needs to be comfortable driving transformation while reinforcing a culture of support and development. The position reports to the Director HR, Manufacturing and will have significant exposure to the Richelieu Senior Leadership Team.</p> <p>The HR Manager will have a business leadership mindset and exceptional partnering skills. This position provides leadership and tactical support in a variety of areas that include employee relations, organizational design, talent management, compensation, benefits, legal compliance, policy and procedure development, as well as strategic planning that advance the mission, values, and vision of Richelieu.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Serves as a member of the Manufacturing Plant Leadership Team, partnering with functional leaders to drive business performance results and a performance driven culture. </li><li>Manages plant recruitment efforts for all exempt / non-exempt / hourly employees and manages our temp vendor relationships. </li><li>Leads key HR initiatives in support of the organization including workforce planning, leadership development, process improvement, and compliance. </li><li>Works closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. </li><li>Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations pertaining to all personnel matters. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, and trends related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. </li><li>Provides day-to-day performance management guidance and manages and resolves complex ER issues and oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. </li><li>Responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. </li><li>Assists in the annual review, preparation and administration of wage and salary program. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employment law. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong business acumen and problem solving skills </li><li>Ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, encouraging and building mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members. </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills </li><li>Leads with a high level of integrity and accountability </li></ul> <p>Education/Certification</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, required </li><li>MA Human Resources or related advanced Degree, desired </li><li>PHR/SHRM-CP Certification desired </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, required </li><li>Experience resolving complex employee relations issues, required </li><li>Bilingual in English & Spanish, preferred </li><li>Experience with Paycom HRIS system, desired </li></ul> <p>Universal Pay Verbiage:</p> <p>The following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation for this role is between $115,000 and $125,000. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan bonus (15%).
