<p>Job#: 3031309</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Recruiter - Recruiter III</p> <p>Location: Austin, Texas (Onsite)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The role requires a professional who can recruit, interview, check references, extend offers, and conduct orientation for new employees. The successful candidate will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, interview, and check references for potential candidates. </li><li>Extend employment offers and conduct orientation for new employees. </li><li>Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes. </li><li>Utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish recruitment goals. </li><li>Perform a variety of recruitment-related tasks. </li><li>May lead and direct the work of other recruiting staff. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.</p> <p>Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the recruiting field or a related area is required. The role requires familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The estimated pay rate for this position is between $37.00 per hour and $47.00 per hour.
