This is an extremely competitive industry, and this position requires a candidate who is intelligent, assertive, and action-oriented, seizes opportunities when they arise and learns quickly. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, organizational and communication skills - to both sell and deliver real estate services. This position offers lots of growth potential and a career with very high earning potential.</p> <p>This is a commission-based role, offering significant earning potential for driven and high-performing individuals. The is an onsite Denver based position.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p> <ul> <li>Provide real estate services and transactional support for clients </li><li>Prospect for new business and to generate new business meetings </li><li>Learn the intricacies of the Denver real estate market as well as markets nationally </li><li>Become knowledgeable on Savills services </li><li>Establish and maintain database for tracking prospects in CRM </li><li>Conduct web-based research of prospects </li><li>Make prospecting phone calls to potential clients </li><li>Engage with industry, professional and charitable associations to build relationships </li><li>Develop sales strategies and follow-up materials </li><li>Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required </li><li>Two to five years related work experience preferred (in sales or real estate) </li><li>Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment </li><li>Ability to multi-task effectively, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines </li><li>Ability to work well individually and in a collaborative team environment </li><li>High level of excellence in both written and verbal communication, with exceptional attention to detail </li><li>Consistently demonstrate a high level of performance and professionalism with a positive perspective </li><li>Colorado real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90-days of being hired </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint </li></ul> <p>Savills values a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
