Were looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about building great projects and leading high-performing teams in the field.</p> <p>What Youll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage daily field operations on assigned construction projects </li><li>Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and productivity </li><li>Ensure work meets quality standards, contract documents, and project specifications </li><li>Promote and enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance </li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites </li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and project teams to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery </li><li>Implement Lean construction practices to improve efficiency and workflow </li></ul> <p>What Were Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>37 years of building construction experience or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and field operations </li><li>Knowledge of construction scheduling, planning, and cost control </li><li>Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment </li><li>A demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred) </li></ul> <p>Please note we are unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this position.</p> <p>We offer a competitive benefit and compensation package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, company paid life insurance, company paid long term disability insurance, paid holidays, and earned time off.</p> <p>To access different languages for the application process, click START YOUR APPLICATION.
