Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>As a Java Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for defining and implementing enterprise architecture strategies and operating models. You will articulate a compelling enterprise architecture vision, target state, and transformation roadmap. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Strategy is required. Intermediate proficiency in Java is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Planning, Spring Boot, and Apache Cassandra is suggested. Develop innovative solutions that align with the enterprise architecture vision. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. Continuously assess and improve the enterprise architecture framework to ensure alignment with business goals. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for enterprise architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of architecture strategies.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 3 years of Enterprise Architecture work experience with Java, Spring Boot, DSE Apache Cassandra, Oracle, Messaging, Splunk, AppD, CI CD, Microservices Architecture, and Event Driven Architecture</p> </li><li> <p>HS Diploma / GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Associate's Degree </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
