Responsibilities include candidate identification via application review, direct sourcing and referral management, candidate assessment and cultivation. You must have strong ability to attract and develop candidate interest through compelling messaging coupled with keen understanding of competitive hiring landscape.</p> <p>You will help candidates understand the unique value proposition of joining McKinsey and provide end-to-end management of candidates in your pipeline; this includes intake conversations, assessment, through to offer creation and cultivation. You will manage cultivation and integration of hires into the firm and participate in recruiting-related projects when needed (e.g. recruiting system design, reporting, assessment).</p> <p>You will work closely with the recruiting team to plan, coordinate and execute all stages of the recruitment process (from interview days, to events, to cultivation) to contribute to the development of our recruiting strategy.
