Responsibilities include candidate identification via application review, direct sourcing and referral management, candidate assessment and cultivation. You must have strong ability to attract and develop candidate interest through compelling messaging coupled with keen understanding of competitive hiring landscape.</p> <p>You will help candidates understand the unique value proposition of joining McKinsey and provide end-to-end management of candidates in your pipeline; this includes intake conversations, assessment, through to offer creation and cultivation. You will manage cultivation and integration of hires into the firm and participate in recruiting-related projects when needed (e.g. recruiting system design, reporting, assessment).</p> <p>You will work closely with the recruiting team to plan, coordinate and execute all stages of the recruitment process (from interview days, to events, to cultivation) to contribute to the development of our recruiting strategy. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity and a willingness to innovate and go the extra mile to deliver fully diverse hiring.</p> <ul> <li>University degree required </li><li>2+ years of recruiting experience </li><li>Strong analytical ability, including high degree of comfort with Excel & PowerPoint </li><li>End to end recruiting experience working closely with all levels of a business and senior stakeholders </li><li>Ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants & technologists at all levels, and recruiting colleagues </li><li>Ability to lead creative direct sourcing strategies and comfort proactively building pipelines </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; growth mindset and willingness to dive in where priorities require leadership </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills </li><li>Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions; desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting processes </li><li>Outstanding organizational and process management skills </li><li>Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; track record as self-starter; mindful of external reputation; discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information </li><li>Flexibility to deal with and troubleshoot last minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure and comfortable working with minimal direction </li></ul>
