<p>The IT ERP Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing key enterprise systems, including ERP (NetSuite), HRIS (UKG preferred), and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI). Working within a small, collaborative team, this role will support cross-functional initiatives across Finance, HR, and Operations, directly impacting business processes and decision-making through technology, automation, and data integration. This position offers hands-on experience in ERP administration, BI reporting, ETL workflows, and custom application development.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite ERP, overseeing system configurations, workflows, permissions, and enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Support and administer HRIS platforms, ensuring functionality and data integrity for HR and payroll processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights across departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and optimize DAX formulas and Power Query transformations for efficient data visualization and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Write and refine SQL queries and SSRS reports for accurate and actionable data access.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and troubleshoot data integrations between ERP, HRIS, and third-party applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams to automate workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and deduplication.</p> </li><li> <p>Support API-based integrations and develop internal tools using C#/.NET and Blazor.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide training, and deliver scalable technical solutions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Tools and Technologies:</p> <ul> <li> <p>NetSuite ERP (administration and workflow customization)</p> </li><li> <p>HRIS systems (UKG preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query</p> </li><li> <p>SQL, SSRS</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft Fabric (highly preferred for ETL and data workflow management)</p> </li><li> <p>C#/.NET, Blazor</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps</p> </li><li> <p>Azure or other cloud-based data platforms</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum: High School Diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2-4 years of Power BI development</p> </li><li> <p>2--4 years of experience with HRIS administration</p> </li><li> <p>2--4 years of experience with NetSuite ERP administration</p> </li><li> <p>1-2 years of ETL/data pipeline experience</p> </li><li> <p>4-6 years of SQL and SSRS reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in a small IT or business systems team, managing diverse responsibilities</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results</p> </li></ul>
