<p>Join the Dee Cramer Team! We are hiring a Pre-Construction Associate in our Estimating Support Team.</p> <p>A Preconstruction Associate works closely with our Estimators and Project Managers, providing accurate take-offs for projects on the bid board and change orders received by Project Managers.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Your day will include:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and manage project-based communication and project metrics on Bid Board. </li><li>Support Dee Cramer Design & VDC teams as required, including but not limited to: Project BIM Setup, HVAC System Design, Various Drafting & Modeling tasks. </li><li>Perform Document Controls for Pre-Con & Estimating projects to DCI Standards. </li><li>Review Plans and Specifications for projects to bid and review scope of work. </li><li>Provide accurate take-off as required for each project and collaborate with the Estimator to finalize project Bid. </li><li>Provide accurate take-off as required for any Bulletins, Change Request, Field Orders, ect. on existing projects as requested by Project Managers or Estimators. </li><li>Prepare Awarded Projects for turnover to Dee Cramer Operations Team </li><li>Regular maintenance and ownership of the Historical Tracking Spreadsheet.
