This position will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</p> <p>This position will be required to travel between Mohican and Malabar Farm State Parks.</p> <p>What you will do…</p> <ul> <li>Provide programming at Mohican & Malabar Farm State Parks </li><li>Develop, plan & conduct interpretive & recreational programs for the general public & special interest groups (e.g., schools, community groups, lodge) </li><li>Lead visitors on excursions into the park & other ODNR properties </li><li>Plan & coordinate special events (e.g., workshops, community festivals) </li><li>Coordinate volunteers related to educational programs </li><li>Perform public relations & marketing activities </li><li>Starting hourly pay of $22.96/hr. with multiple pay increases over your first 5.5 years of service, with an end salary of $27.92/hr. </li><li>There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service.
