ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain positive customer relationships </li><li>Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products </li><li>Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services </li><li>Provide measurements for installation </li><li>Receive and process payments according to Rite Rug procedures </li><li>Follow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction </li><li>Develop a thorough knowledge of all flooring products </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: </li><li>MUST have one year of sales experience </li><li>Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required. </li><li>Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Be able to work independently and problem solve. </li><li>Must be comfortable using technology, ie. Computers, tablets, smartphones#ZR </li></ul>
