<p>YOUR OPPORTUNITY</p> <p>You are an important face of Bacardi towards consumers and how they interact with our brands.</p> <p>You will help contribute to our Best 10 strategy, ensuring that our consumers are a priority in all</p> <p>decision making and planning around brand plans and deployments.</p> <p>You will be responsible to develop and implement marketing strategies, track and measure all brand</p> <p>initiatives, and oversee and manage marketing budget.</p> <p>Fearlessly execute all brand in Colombia.</p> <p>Collaborate and coordinate directly with Managers in CARICAM to drive implementation of best practices.</p> <p>ABOUT YOU</p> <p>Your will be involved in decision making with an important impact to the business and our brands'</p> <p>development.</p> <p>Ability to develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE</p> <ul> <li>Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies. </li><li>Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness. </li><li>Network with vendors, partner organizations, and other professionals. </li><li>Develop new marketing initiatives including digital/ social media plans, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience. </li><li>Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics, and write performance reports. </li><li>Monitor market trends, analyse consumer market activities to identify opportunities. </li><li>Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed, and programmes are delivered on time. </li><li>Deliver on key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share) </li><li>Develop and manage the marketing plan for your area based on delivery of the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) </li><li>Analyze territory / channel / account performance on a quarterly basis, working with Distributors to ensure delivery of forecast and budget (volume / value / execution) in line with objectives. </li><li>Budget management and efficiency </li><li>Connect resources and capabilities (e.g. Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Point of Sale (POS), research, selling support materials) to support local business objectives </li></ul> <p>SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY</p> <ul> <li>University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering </li><li>1 or 2 years of experience working in Marketing or related field. </li><li>Experience and strong focus on both consumers and brand development </li><li>Experience in TTL campaign implementations </li><li>Previous experience on Fast Moving Consumer Goods </li><li>Managing Premium Products and Experience on E-Commerce are a plus but not required. </li><li>Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery of results </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Budgeting </li><li>Computer Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li><li>Interpret market data analysis tools (e.g. Nielsen, IWSR and similar) </li><li>Fluency in English and Spanish is required. </li></ul> <p>PERSONAL QUALITIES - SHARE OUR FOUNDER'S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR</p> <ul> <li>Passionate about our great brands, great drinks, and the industry, with a desire to inspire people and share that passion. </li><li>Story Telling: Understanding how to take an existing story or script, make it personal and then share it in a way that is relevant and engaging to your audience, tailoring it where necessary according to their needs. </li><li>Belonging: You have a strong capacity to create a culture of 'Belonging', where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do, and who they can become </li><li>Self-Awareness: You have high levels of self-awareness, are reflective and know yourself well, understanding both your own strengths and weaknesses and your impact on others </li><li>People Agility: You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance. </li><li>Results Agility: You demonstrate consistent delivery of results in first-time situations by inspiring teams, exhibiting a presence that builds confidence in yourself and others. </li><li>Mental Agility: You can think critically to penetrate complex problems and expand the possibilities by making fresh connections.
