<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Department of Psychology at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY is seeking a part-time instructor to teach Learning and Behavior. Preferred applicants will have teaching experience in psychology and familiarity with Bellarmine. In addition to the time course, the instructor is expected to be available to students, including a minimum of one hour of office hours held weekly, and during finals week. The courses are taught in person and on campus.</p> <p>At Bellarmine, Learning and Behavior is the study of the influence of the environment on the acquisition and maintenance of behavior, including traditional and contemporary approaches to learning and the application of human learning principles in an individual project. The course must include a final exam. In the Fall 2025 the course is being taught as a hybrid course with two in-person meetings per week and an additional 50 minutes of asynchronous material a week.
