You will troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting both employees and payroll processes, ensuring excellent payroll support.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot employee payroll tax issues and communicate with employees in a timely, courteous, and professional manner to deliver excellent payroll support </li><li>Manage employee payroll tax cases, perform in-depth research, and resolve cases efficiently and thoroughly, meeting both volume and quality service measurement standards </li><li>Maintain internal controls that have been established and follow standard operating procedures </li><li>Stay updated on federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation </li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Four-year college degree or equivalent experience </li><li>Minimum of 1 year experience as a payroll tax analyst, payroll analyst, or payroll manager </li><li>Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Flexible and adaptable to changes in procedures, processes, systems, etc. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Oracle HCM Payroll experience </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST </li><li>Hybrid Schedule </li></ul>
