A prior background in wire assembly and understanding how these components connect and are assembled is crucial.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in creating detailed work instructions for wire assembly. </li><li>Collaborate with the manufacturing supervisor to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production processes. </li><li>Utilize your knowledge of wire components to improve assembly techniques. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems. </li><li>Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints. </li><li>Experience with lean manufacturing practices. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET). </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience with wires and/or cables. </li><li>Experience in developing and implementing work instructions. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This position is on-site, offering a hands-on experience in a great brand new facility.
