<p>Davenport Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team.</p> <p>Davenport Ambulatory Surgery Center provides:</p> <ul> <li>Ophthalmology </li><li>Cosmetic </li><li>General Surgery </li><li>Reconstructive </li><li>Orthopedics </li><li>Podiatry </li><li>Gynecology </li><li>Urology </li><li>Otolaryngology/ENT </li><li>Pain Management services. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <p>EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Current Florida Nursing License </li><li>Current CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS </li><li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred </li><li>CNOR preferred </li><li>Strong operating room nurse experience required </li><li>Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors. </li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, physicians, vendors, and the public. </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills. </li><li>Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptivity to change, creativity, and innovation. </li><li>Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgical procedures </li><li>Perform excellent management of the operative patient </li><li>Understands principles of aseptic technique with implementation </li><li>Ability to care for patients from pediatric to geriatrics </li><li>Excellent standing with the Florida Board of Nursing </li><li>Willingness to perform necessary downtime work </li><li>Willingness to learn new tasks </li></ul> <p>#LI-LL1</p>
