<p>The Field Service Technician will travel to customer sites to provide scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair service of their AV systems.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>You would diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV systems, including troubleshooting connectivity </li><li>Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and functionality of AV equipment </li><li>Perform routine maintenance and inspections of AV Systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability </li><li>Assist in documenting service procedures and service-related activities </li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality service to clients </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to Assure Success:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in the service or installation of AV systems </li><li>Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies and basic troubleshooting techniques </li><li>Ability to load code and DSP files including Crestron, BIAMP, and Q-SYS </li><li>Ability to work independently, be self-directed and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction </li><li>Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach </li><li>Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites </li><li>CTS Certification is preferred but not required with the right experience. Any other industry related certs or training are also a plus. (Ex: Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Shure, etc.) </li></ul>
