Join a mission-driven team where your expertise directly impacts health equity in underserved communities.</p> <p>Direct Care</p> <ul> <li>Assess nutritional risk through dietary evaluations, anthropometric/hematological data, and tailor WIC food packages. </li><li>Provide 1:1 counseling and group education on breastfeeding, healthy eating, and chronic disease prevention. </li><li>Connect participants to health/social services and track follow-up care. </li></ul> <p>Program Development & Outreach</p> <ul> <li>Co-create culturally responsive educational materials and lead workshops. </li><li>Assist in training WIC staff and conduct quality assurance audits. </li><li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to address participant needs. </li></ul> <p>Team Support</p> <ul> <li>Step in to support low-risk caseloads as needed. </li><li>Uphold WIC policies and state/federal guidelines. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's in Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition, or related field (Master's/RD/LDN preferred). </li><li>Experience: 1+ year in clinical/community nutrition (WIC experience a plus). </li><li>Skills: </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. </li><li>Ability to interpret lab data and translate nutrition science into actionable guidance. </li><li>Compassion for diverse populations (low-income families, BIPOC communities). </li></ul> <p>Ready to nourish your community?
