Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas.</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>As a marketing Coordinator, you will assist the marketing team in implementing productive marketing strategies and plans.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere. </li><li>Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. </li><li>Coordinate daily functions to prepare for all promotions and giveaways. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date information of casino events to ensure guests will receive accurate and prompt information when requested. </li><li>Responsible for educating guests on the value of the loyalty program. </li><li>Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals. </li><li>Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Colorado Division of Gaming Self-Exclusion Program. </li><li>Ensure all property media are accurate, current, and error-free. </li><li>Assist with planning and executing special events from slot tournaments, dinners, gift giveaways, and promotional drawings. </li><li>Accurately complete paperwork for all promotions, including any finance requested items. </li><li>Assist with database clean up by updating account address information, emails and proper database flags. </li><li>Write rules and regulations for promotions and special events. </li><li>Support and cultivate new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions. </li><li>Work with Marketing Manager to update daily Team Member information postings. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older. </li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Colorado Division of Gaming. </li><li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>A minimum of six months of related experience and training. </li><li>Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily. </li><li>Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary with annual performance reviews </li><li>Comprehensive health coverage plan that includes medical, dental, and vision </li><li>401(K)/ Company Match </li><li>Access Perks and Childcare discounts </li></ul> <p>Target Salary Range: ($21.00)</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
