<p>Join us as an Engineering Program Manager and be at the forefront of the Tesla Semi program. You'll lead cross-functional teams, driving groundbreaking advancements in vehicle technology and ensuring the end-to-end success of the Low Voltage Distribution product.</p> <ul> <li>Establish and enforce the Low Voltage Distribution timeline, aligning with Semi program milestones </li><li>Provide stakeholders with clear input on schedules, issues, and deliverables for all </li><li>Collaborate with Engineering Leads from Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Integration, and many other teams to drive requirements, decision-making and track deliverables </li><li>Highlight risk and opportunities for program or executive reviews and drive improvements </li><li>Coordinate engineering requirements with supply chain teams for effective material planning </li><li>Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication </li><li>Coordinate design changes implementation, including change reviews, line trials, and reworks </li><li>Facilitate communication between cross functional teams (i.e.: engineering, reliability, supply chain, factory, etc.) </li><li>Continuously enhance processes to improve efficiency and promote best practices within Low Voltage Distribution and Tesla </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience </li><li>3+ years of experience in hardware development for medium to high-volume industries </li><li>Familiarity with CAD programs, ideally CATIA/3DX </li><li>Proficient in scheduling software, with MS Projects preferred </li><li>Experience in successfully leading a team of Engineers (i.e.: SAE team) </li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills </li><li>Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively </li><li>Experience in international supplier management </li><li>Willingness to travel to factories or suppliers </li><li>Strong ability to adapt in a dynamic environment </li></ul>
