<p>Located at Moraine Offices</p> <p>Full-Time (Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm, Weekend and Holiday On-Call Rotation)</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for front-line support of Information Technology, acting as central point for all IT customers and employees. Perform IT Operation tasks as required to support lab organization and clients.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide on-site and remote IT support for Customer Interface Systems and internal users, including first and second-level helpdesk assistance. </li><li>Manage day-to-day system operations to prevent outages; assist with backups, restorations, and PC replacements. </li><li>Install, configure, and maintain system and PC hardware; coordinate hardware/software upgrades and imaging of new/replacement systems. </li><li>Support and maintain office automation hardware, peripheral devices (label and laser printers), and connectivity for clients (PSC, RRL, IOP). </li><li>Ensure system and data security across all levels; participate in disaster recovery planning and hardware contingency management. </li><li>Respond to support tickets via Service Manager, Track-It, and helpdesk calls; document all incidents, serial numbers, and asset tags. </li><li>Train clients on CompuNet applications (e.g., Atlas) in person or via WebEx; assist Sales in identifying connectivity solutions. </li><li>Maintain and audit inventory of all client and internal equipment; report discrepancies to the Compliance Officer. </li><li>Dispose of IT assets per company policy; ensure compliance with internal, departmental, and regulatory procedures. </li><li>Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support systems including Quest, Sunquest, QLS, CoPath, SAM, Imaging/OnBase, and more. </li><li>Collaborate with CompuNet staff and managers for IT support, training, and project needs; assist with other duties as assigned to support departmental goals. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred, with 5 years of related experience. </li><li>Proficient in PCs and Microsoft Office applications. </li><li>Required experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining networked PCs. </li><li>Preferred experience with personal computer installation/maintenance and LAN TCP/IP. </li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Safety Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Potential exposure to electrical hazards during PC work, as well as biohazards and chemicals in lab environments. </li><li>Must meet vehicle insurance requirements and hold a valid Ohio driver's license. </li><li>Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Adhere to all safety, ergonomic, and health policies, including proper PPE use in lab or biohazard areas. </li><li>Complete safety training and health evaluations promptly. </li><li>Anticipate safety hazards, act upon unsafe situations and promote safety awareness. </li></ul>
