Be part of an extraordinary life!</p> <p>The Bayshore on HHI is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN Shift Leader from 8a-8p to join our team!</p> <p>Starting rate of $35+/hr</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Nursing Shift Supervisor:</p> <ul> <li>Document resident status as per policy. </li><li>Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned. </li><li>Assist with scheduling of staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance. </li><li>Participate in the admission of new residents. </li><li>Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents. </li><li>Assist with Medication Administration if assigned </li><li>Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident. </li><li>Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning facility conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies. </li><li>Participate in daily meetings in the absence of the Director of Health Services if necessary </li><li>Complete other projects as assigned by the Director of Health Services. </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>Healthcare experience with supervisory experience </li><li>Med-Tech certification/experience </li><li>Knowledge of senior living protocol </li><li>Ability to give extraordinary levels of customer service </li><li>Ability to learn, and willingness to coach your peers and co-workers </li></ul> <p>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</p> <p>EEO Employer</p>
