As a Sales Business Development Specialist, you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with dealers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Dealer Communication Process: Develop and Implement Tools:</p> </li><li> <p>Create and update monthly sales expectancy file by zone, by dealer to determine stores facing greatest "pump in."</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the implementation of the monthly Dealer Business Snapshot and Dealer discussions.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop webcast materials for zone manager dealer meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>New Zone Manager training/mentoring</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Sales Managers in developing new ZMs, focusing on systems, reports and processes that impact key metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the ZMs prioritize tasks and workload according to key Company initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Allocation</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct wholesale and manage post wholesale communication</p> </li><li> <p>Manage tracking and tracing of vehicles</p> </li><li> <p>Manage COVP</p> </li><li> <p>Drive SVA and manage aged inventory: Determine areas of opportunity (Aged retail scheduling and inventory, low SVA vs. facing Region, etc.) to improve performance and achieve 2A6</p> </li><li> <p>Sales</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regional sales updates and provide sales close support</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver monthly Regional 2A6 objective: Inventory analyses/trick by Zone vs. Regions</p> </li><li> <p>Lead development of sales estimates</p> </li><li> <p>Scheduling</p> </li><li> <p>Order Bank maintenance</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate Priority scheduling</p> </li><li> <p>Own Specialty vehicles</p> </li><li> <p>Commodity management</p> </li><li> <p>SROs / SIMS</p> </li><li> <p>RGOs</p> </li><li> <p>MP1 and early builds</p> </li><li> <p>Scheduling sorts (IA online)</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate Traces</p> </li><li> <p>Support Ramp Holds / Divert / Rebills both regions and Market Rep</p> </li></ul> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for:</p> <p>Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford's future.
