<p>Job Description</p> <p>Earn $42,000 - $44,000 a year - Remote Position</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Health Insurance </li><li>Dental Insurance </li><li>Vision Insurance </li><li>401K program with Company match </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Prescription drug discounts </li><li>Employee discounts </li></ul> <p>Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Team Member who enjoys traveling across the US completing in-store merchandising initiatives such as category resets, new item cut-ins, product stocking, audits, and data / photo collection. This position will also help lead merchandising teams to complete in-store activity through mentoring, training and leading by example.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will enjoy regularly traveling, by car and air to retail store locations, working in various retail stores to complete merchandising initiatives, engaging with employees and store personnel, and ensuring quality project execution. This role is responsible for on-foot recruiting and training assigned employees, meeting client expectations and achieving on-time project execution.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Travel to a variety of retail locations to execute merchandising initiatives including but not limited to full category resets, new item cut-ins, technology enabled projects, stocking, and audits </li><li>Complete all assigned merchandising projects within those retail locations on a daily/weekly basis </li><li>Travel extensively to respond to urgent and systemic field coverage issues, as well lead teams of merchandisers and/or temps in critical markets across the US </li><li>Submit all work orders and photos in a complete manner using SmartSystem and the SmartPM app the same day it was completed </li><li>Directly manage and support a dispersed team of merchandisers and temporary staff in high-priority markets </li><li>Actively lead and participate in all in-store merchandising tasks while training, coaching, and developing team members on site </li><li>Conduct on-foot recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure strong field coverage </li><li>Ensure consistent execution of company merchandising standards, timelines, and compliance across locations </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Have a valid driver's license </li><li>Access to reliable transportation & be able to complete air travel </li><li>Reliable access to a smartphone with Internet access </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Excellent technology skills </li><li>Ability to travel frequently and adapt well to changing work environments </li><li>Agreement to assume responsibility for any client components or supplies in your possession and agreement to return such materials as required by management </li><li>Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1 - 2 years of retail or field operations experience </li><li>Firm understanding of Retail and/or Retail Merchandising practices </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Up to 85% travel required: Frequent travel to stores and working with employees across the country is required </li><li>Overnight stays is required throughout the work week as dictated by business objectives </li></ul> <p>Why Join Driveline:</p> <ul> <li>Industry-leading technology & innovation in retail execution. </li><li>Career growth opportunities in a dynamic and evolving organization. </li><li>Collaborative and fast-paced work environment with a highly motivated team. </li></ul> <p>If you are a strong communicator with a passion for driving field team performance, we invite you to apply and be part of our mission to revolutionize retail execution.
