This role provides enterprise-level financial leadership by aligning operating and capital resources with institutional priorities, delivering long-range forecasting and scenario modeling, and advising senior leaders on risk, efficiency, and data-informed decision-making-including the responsible use of AI. The position manages budget development, monitoring, compliance, and variance analysis; evaluates business cases and new initiatives; develops KPIs to strengthen accountability and transparency; and serves as a trusted advisor to campus and central partners. The successful candidate will lead and develop accounting and administrative staff, promote best practices in financial stewardship and internal controls, and support continuity of operations as an essential personnel role during institutional disruptions.</p> <p>Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience</p> <p>Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.</p> <p>Required Certification, Licensure/Other
