<p>Primary Function</p> <p>Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Hospital staff, patients and visitors as well as ensuring the physical security of all Hospital buildings and equipment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Interacts with visitors, patients and staff in a professional courteous manner. Observes and enforces all hospital policies, rules and regulations. </li><li>Observes visitors and patients. Manages any unusual circumstances or difficulties. Maintains visitor control inside and outside of the hospital. </li><li>Assists with Codes and Stats. Restrains patients when needed and monitors for future disturbances. </li><li>Conducts routine door checks. </li><li>Maintains logs and reports. </li><li>Monitors cameras and alarms as needed.
