<p>Job Title: Clinical Supply Chain Planner</p> <p>Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)</p> <p>Department: Clinical Operations / Supply Chain</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Supply Chain Planner to manage end-to-end supply chain operations for global clinical trials. This role partners cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Global Planning, QA, Regulatory, and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery of clinical trial materials (CTM).</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee packaging, labeling, distribution, return, and destruction of CTM </li><li>Develop and manage supply/demand forecasts </li><li>Support and utilize IRT systems, including UAT and ongoing maintenance </li><li>Lead clinical label creation and approval process </li><li>Align with Clinical Ops on demand and supply strategies </li><li>Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive cost-efficiency </li><li>Maintain vendor relationships and ensure GxP compliance </li><li>Ensure accurate documentation and eTMF filing </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field </li><li>3+ years in clinical supply chain or CTM management </li><li>Knowledge of clinical supply chain processes and GxP </li><li>Experience with planning tools (e.g., NSIDE, Bioclinica, Oracle, etc.) </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and IRT systems </li><li>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
