We are expanding our irrigation department and are looking for a skilled, motivated, and versatile Irrigation Service Specialist to join our dedicated team.</p> <p>This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing residential irrigation systems, while also providing high-touch customer service and assisting with seasonal property enhancements.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)</p> <ul> <li>Expert Irrigation Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial systems, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping. </li><li>Sales & Consulting: Conduct system audits and recommend water-saving upgrades. We are looking for someone who can identify and sell enhancements that improve the client's property. </li><li>Seasonal Maintenance: Perform essential startups, shut-downs, and winterizations. </li><li>Landscaping: Assist with property aesthetics through light landscape work and bed maintenance (pruning, mulching, and weeding). </li><li>Holiday Lighting: Join our team in the winter months to bring properties to life with professional Christmas light installations. </li><li>Client Relations: Provide excellent account management by clearly communicating repairs and service recommendations to customers. </li></ul> <p>What We Look for in a RYAN Specialist</p> <ul> <li>Sales Mindset: A background in irrigation sales or the ability to confidently suggest and close system upgrades. </li><li>Customer Service Excellence: Strong relationship-building skills and a "client-first" attitude. </li><li>Problem-Solving Knack: A passion for troubleshooting and finding efficient solutions. </li><li>Collaborative Spirit: A team player who is also comfortable working independently. </li><li>Versatility: A willingness to pivot from irrigation to landscape maintenance and holiday lighting as the seasons change. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Experience: 1+ years in irrigation installation, service, or repair. </li><li>Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must. </li><li>Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, push/pull objects, and walk at least 3 miles per day in diverse weather conditions. </li><li>Driver's License: Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. </li></ul> <p>Why Choose RYAN?</p> <p>We are a proven leader with a reputation for high-quality service, offering sustained growth and advancement.
