Lane specializes in mobility, tunneling, and water resources to address sustainable development and climate change adaptation challenges.</p> <p>Description</p> <ul> <li>Develops and maintains CPM schedules in accordance with owner specifications and company standards. </li><li>Applies resource leveling and crew logic to construction planning, adjusting as project conditions evolve. </li><li>Prepares baseline and monthly schedule narratives to support and explains the CPM schedule. </li><li>Assists with time impact and delay analyses for claims and schedule-related disputes. </li><li>Tracks schedule progress and notify project management of any deviations affecting completion targets. </li><li>Coordinates with engineering to gather data necessary for updating schedule activities. </li><li>Conducts daily site visits to verify work status and maintain photographic documentation of progress. </li><li>Reviews quantity books to assess percent complete and validates schedule accuracy. </li><li>Modifies CPM logic based on verbal direction from project management regarding sequencing or crew changes. </li><li>Creates and maintains 5-week look-ahead schedules in collaboration with superintendents and project managers. </li><li>Ensures alignment between the 5-week plan and CPM schedule, and communicates impacts of any discrepancies. </li><li>Generates and presents schedule reports, trending charts, and performance analyses for planning meetings. </li><li>Provides projections for revenue, cost, labor, materials, and equipment, and assists with historical schedule documentation and lessons learned post-project. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> <p>Lane Construction offers a comprehensive benefits package with an excellent opportunity to grow and be part of one of the most respected names in the construction industry.
