If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us.</p> <p>At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today - and we're just getting started.</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>Harvey's Custom Solutions team are skilled lawyers who apply their legal experience to help customers scope and build custom prompts, playbooks, and workflows tailored to meet the specific needs of an organization. As the go-to team for bespoke solutions, the team meets directly with customers to scope requirements, brainstorm approaches to unique problems, and create end-to-end solutions to address those requirements using Harvey.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary owners for creating and implementing custom prompts, workflows, and vault templates across specific customer workspaces.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead scoping sessions with customer stakeholders to understand requirements, map processes, and translate needs into actionable solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with customer teams to ensure effective implementation and adoption of these custom solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on solutions, including piloting and validating the newest Harvey features ahead of broader rollout.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and articulate key product gaps and prioritized enhancements, channeling direct customer feedback to Harvey's product and engineering teams and partnering to validate solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Harvey's customer success teams to ensure these initiatives produce measurable improvements in quality and productivity.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain reusable assets (templates, playbooks, configuration guides) and best practices to drive consistency and accelerate deployments.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Have</p> <ul> <li> <p>JD or equivalent legal qualification.</p> </li><li> <p>At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills grounded in customer engagement and use case development.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.</p> </li><li> <p>Curiosity about AI's potential to transform the legal industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in practice innovation is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Experience building customized AI solutions is a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>$170,000-$240,000 USD OTE (80/20 split)</p> <p>#LI-EP1</p> <p>Harvey is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.</p> <p>We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities, and requests can be made by emailing accommodations@harvey.ai</p>
